Delete your GURULINK account

This page lets users request deletion of their GURULINK account and associated data. If you are logged in, you can also start self-service deletion of your profile and login account from here. This page is intended for both app users and users visiting from the Google Play Store listing.

How It Works

  1. If you are logged in, use Delete My Account Now to remove your profile and login account.
  2. If some records cannot be removed instantly, submit the deletion request form below.
  3. Our support/admin team can complete deletion of remaining records linked to payments, invoices, helpdesk, or operational history.

Data deleted immediately when possible

  • User login profile in `users`
  • Teacher, institution, or student profile record
  • Invoices and invoice client data stored under your own profile ID
  • Profile view log bucket stored directly under your own profile ID
  • Demo request bucket stored directly under your own profile ID

Data that may require manual cleanup

  • Payment records and payment audit history
  • Helpdesk tickets and ticket chat history
  • Enrollment, chat, or shared records stored under another user’s node
  • Operational, fraud-prevention, legal, tax, or dispute-related records
Retention notice: core account/profile data is removed immediately when self-service deletion succeeds. Some linked operational records may be retained for up to 90 days, or longer where required for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
