2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate and current information when registering or editing your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, OTP access, password, and linked account information.
- You may use the platform only for lawful and genuine educational, training, support, or profile discovery purposes.
- If you create an account for an institution or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.
3. Profiles and Public Content
- Teachers and institutions are responsible for the truth, legality, and completeness of profile information, uploaded documents, images, and fee details.
- Profile information marked public may be visible to app users, website visitors, and people opening a shared profile link.
- GURULINK may review, moderate, reorder, approve, reject, hide, or remove public profiles for quality, safety, compliance, sponsorship, operational, or administrative reasons.
- You remain responsible for verifying the authenticity of any teacher, student, parent, or institution before entering into any private arrangement.
4. Payments and Fees
- Platform registration fees, renewal fees, and similar platform charges are separate from private teaching or institution fees between users.
- Teachers and institutions are responsible for their own fee structures, invoices, bank details, QR codes, and any direct payment collection from students or parents.
- Unless clearly stated otherwise, GURULINK is not a party to private tuition, coaching, institutional fee, refund, scholarship, discount, installment, or payment disputes between users.
- Users are responsible for checking payment details carefully before making any direct payment.
5. Communication Between Users
GURULINK may provide messaging, enquiry, demo request, support, enrollment, call, WhatsApp, website, email, or similar connection tools. These tools are provided to help users connect, but users are responsible for how they communicate and what agreements they make after connecting.
6. User Responsibilities
- Use the platform respectfully and lawfully.
- Do not upload false documents, misleading claims, fake reviews, or impersonated identities.
- Do not misuse contact information obtained through the platform.
- Keep profile details updated if your services, address, eligibility, or contact details change.
- Comply with applicable educational, consumer, privacy, and local laws.
7. Prohibited Use
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, spam, abuse, harassment, or unlawful solicitation
- Posting defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or harmful material
- Using the platform to collect data at scale without permission
- Trying to bypass approvals, restrictions, payment checks, or access controls
- Uploading malware, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt the service
8. Platform Role and Disclaimer
GURULINK is primarily a linking platform. Except where explicitly stated, GURULINK does not employ teachers, guarantee student outcomes, certify every claim made by users, or become a party to private agreements between students, parents, teachers, and institutions.
While we may review profiles, payments, support tickets, and documents for platform purposes, we do not guarantee the success, suitability, honesty, quality, safety, legality, availability, or performance of any user, service, course, or private arrangement.
9. Suspension or Removal
We may suspend, restrict, edit, hide, or remove accounts, profiles, images, reviews, tickets, chats, or content if we believe that a user has violated these terms, created safety or compliance risk, submitted misleading content, or harmed platform operations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GURULINK and G10 Group are not liable for private disputes, fee losses, failed classes, missed communications, unauthorized third-party actions, inaccurate user claims, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
